Frank was very knowledgeable but thats as far as it went for me. $125 dollar service call plugged into my washer spun it said nothing is wrong and he didnt recommend any parts. Cool but didnt fix my washer. Had the exact same issue. So I feel like I was scammed out of $125 was told nothing was wrong but yet its doing the exact same thing I complained about over and over. After I even mentioned i had suspension rods replaced few months back. Anyways wont use them again and im trashing this horrible samsung washer.
I'm an older man that has seen my share of appliance repair companies but please believe me when I say that Dr. Dan's Appliance Service is #1. Our dryer had stopped working and based on reviews I chose Dan and it was guided by God. Frank and Dan worked hard to diagnose and fix the dryer. From the girl at the office to Dan and Frank. All were polite and punctual. They are good people that know their stuff. They have impressed me and from this point on, I will recommend to all and will be my first call if I need appliance repair again. Thanks to everyone at Doctor Dan's.

Called for service on my washing machine and ice maker. Frank came out and was very courteous. Cleared the code on the washer and all has been good.
However, the ice maker he said he would need to research more and get back with me. That was at least 2 weeks ago and still have not heard a word. Called the office twice and left a message but no return call. Not what we expected with all of the great reviews.

I had used Dr. Dan a few years ago for a frig repair and he was great. I needed a frig repair on 5/15 which I had an appointment for and had to take a half day off to wait for his arrival. He never showed up nor did I get a call nor can i reach anything but a recording. Sorry to say this repair service has gone to crap. I would have given a zero rating but that is not available. I recommend you find another service to assist you. To all my followers from Batfire007

Reasonably priced and warranty made the experience even better. Frank offered tips to care for machine and get the cleanest clothes.
